Billing Specialist

Fast-paced, high-volume North Palm Beach Law Firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist with a background in a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. This full-time position will support the legal and administrative departments.

The primary focus of this role will be working with QuickBooks Pro 2021 along with other accounting platforms to process AP/AR, invoicing, deposits, filing, and data entry. Candidate must possess at least 3 years of QuickBooks experience, be detail oriented, organized and possess exemplary interpersonal skills. We are looking for a team player who has excellent communication and written skills, and a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Billing Specialist will ensure that the Firm's daily accounting tasks are being processed accurately, effectively and most importantly, on time. Our accountant does bank reconciliations, payroll and maintains the chart of accounts. There will be 4 to 6 weeks of training. This is an office position located in Palm Beach Gardens with a team of 23 highly professional individuals who enjoy a culture that promotes showing appreciation and open communication among the staff and attorneys. Legal Assistant and Receptionist
