Michele is the Director of Human Resources at Barfield McCain Ayoub P.A., where she leverages over 20 years of experience to drive effective HR strategies and solutions. A highly motivated and results-driven professional, she oversees the administration of company policies and procedures while identifying and addressing key hiring challenges.

Previously, Michele played a pivotal role at the largest law firm in New Jersey, where she helped develop and implement an innovative HR/Payroll web-based program. She trained over 400 employees across four state locations, equipping them with the tools to efficiently submit data for processing and navigate other firm-specific software.

With a keen eye for organizational improvement, Michele excels at developing and implementing programs, manuals, and procedural changes that enhance operational efficiency and foster company growth.

 

Outside of work, Michele loves to cook, travel, and spend quality time with her partner and their two dogs.
