Tammy J. Kalasz is a Paralegal at Barfield McCain Ayoub, P.A. and has been practicing Law for 15 years in such diverse areas as Civil and Complex Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Real Estate Law where she worked directly with the Attorneys representing commercial lending institutions, corporations, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, land owners, real estate developers and investors and all areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
In 2008 Tammy Graduated from the University of Miami Paralegal Studies program where she had the opportunity to work directly with the civil Judge division in Miami-Dade County during her internship.
Tammy has a passion and drive for personal and professional development and has held upper management positions such as Firm Administrator and the Director of Training and Professional Development for a National Law firm where she was responsible for onboarding and training Legal Assistants, Paralegals and Attorneys on all firm software platforms, cultural diversity in the workplace, conflict resolution, leadership and management development as well as firm policy and procedures.
Tammy has a true passion for the legal field and people alike and holds herself to the highest legal and ethical standards and believes building client relationships and meeting our clients needs at all levels is the key to being successful in the legal industry.
