We’re looking for an Attorney with litigation experience who can hit the ground running in landlord-tenant matters, manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, present evidence persuasively in court, counsel clients with precision and patience, and collaborate productively within our relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Qualifications: FL licensed attorney with a minimum of 1-3 years in civil litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing your sense of humor
A team player who enjoys collaboration as much as individual wins
Proactive problem-solver with strong research skills
Committed to providing top-tier client service and innovative legal solutions
Ability to prioritize work demands and meet deadlines
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume of landlord-tenant and civil litigation cases with confidence and efficiency
In court appearances to effectively advocate for our clients
Provide thoughtful, precise, and patient counsel and legal support to clients
Work harmoniously with our dynamic, supportive team

What You’ll Do:

Review and check court dockets

Read tenant answers and file various motions

Print and mail motions to tenants or electronic orders to judges

Follow reports and maintain organized case records

Communicate with clients for work orders or clarification on filings

Support the legal team with general administrative duties and data entry
Required Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality

Proficiency with legal software and office applications
Preferred Skills:
